Picked my dog up on Sunday and 3 days later he has kennel cough, I called the bark shack to make them aware of the situation and the guy I talked to said and I quote “ we posted a sign this week wanting to let people know we had a few cases of that....” so you knew you had a virus spreading through out the animals and you didn’t think to call your clients to let them know. RecommendedOur dog stayed for six nights and she was happy and exhausted when we picked her up. The staff is wonderful.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Karen , Danielle, Dillon and the entire Bark Shack family who takes care of Bella, my crazy boxer! People really don’t understand what goes into this business as far as types of dogs, temperaments, attitudes and being able to adjust to each dog accordingly! I’ve always felt that Bella is in good hands because they know just what she needs, when she needs it (she can be a brat at times). My sweet Boxer Mija loves the bark shack! She’s always excited when we pull in, mommy loves it too! She comes home tired and she really needed that with my schedule. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!
