To say I’m disappointed in my cats groomer would be a vast understatement. My pics include my gorgeous cat before and the second is after I picked him up. He just needed a little groom session not this...Don’t know if the groomers thought this was a joke but they totally butchered my cat. Can’t believe I was charged for this and secondly who ever thought SHAVING A BEAUTIFUL LONG HAIR CAT WAS AT ALL ACCEPTABLE SHOULD NOT BE A GROOMER!!!!!!! This “service” took 4 hours and he was still wet.... so sad and such a let down.
Picked up my pup after being gone 5 days. He had gouges and cuts all over his lips, ears, face, top of his head. He kind of walks with a limp and was very hesitant to anything I’d say. He’s easily a whole lot lighter which I understand can be a separation anxiety thing but when I called to take it up with them, they said he was by himself mostly and it was probably the fence that cut him. 1-2 cuts might be understandable. HI Jackson, I have been out of town for the last two days and have not caught up with the happenings at The Shack. I expect to be back by 7p tonight and will find out the info regarding your dog, If he was fence fighting , even fence playing, the scratches on this face (any pets face) does happen easily. We are a VERY social kennel and our goal is for them to play, however if there were any concerns regarding his behavior or others he was with, then we do keep them in private yards. I'll follow up with you this evening.
Recommendedwe've been bringing our crazy aussie there for a few years now for grooming and he always comes home looking so good and happy!

We love the Bark Shack!!!! We adopted Brewer as a puppy and had a 6 month old baby. Our vet quickly noticed while our puppy was very submissive, he had a little more energy than a typical puppy - and still does!!! Our air conditioning went out one hot summer day and we could not leave him home. The Bark Shack graciously welcomed Brewer and we all fell in love. My two dogs love coming here for day care and the employees were extremely helpful and friendly during the last week with all the uncertainty about the hurricane
Our boys (Buddy & Angus)have been going there for years! They LOVE it there. Staff is great and all the updates they keep making to the facility are great!
