Unfriendly Staff!! I gave this pet food store 3 chances and after my third time of being treated very rudely, I am now taking my business elsewhere. I spent a lot of money of each visit as I have an aging dog. I usually will give a place the benefit of the doubt but 3 different occasions with several different employees and it's a small shop!! Unhappy and unfriendly staff made my decision to never shop here again!
Any owner of a business that talks the way she does about her customers not having the smarts to follow what the signs say, " talking with a condescending tone". I would not go in that store. she lost a potential customer today

With a growing puppy who is eating more and more each day and the chaos we call life these days, I found myself in a situation. Carrie was able to get me food just as I was out. This adorable puppy Ammo is very thankful and so am I!! We appreciate all your hard work.

Hi Wayne, The store does receive many calls that can be hard to interrupt. The staff member directed you into the area where the dog toys and other staff members were located that could help with product selection. We understand waiting 3 months for the hard to obtain specialty can cat food we carry, was a long time to wait. On several occasions when you were in store Lizzy spoke with you about the manufacturer shortage and the hope it would come in soon. The shortage has resolved.
