Terrible customer service. Employee screamed at my mother and followed her out of the parking lot for no reason. Shop anywhere else for your pets. They don't know how to talk to customers.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. i live in Franklin and come here about once a month to buy for 3 dogs and one cat. You can't beat the prices and 2 of my dogs are special needs eaters. they always have the products i need.
I can't believe how close I live to here and it took me so long to stop in!! They have all my favorite pup supplies and they are less expensive then the other pet stores I go to!! The staff was super friendly and helpful!! I have found a new pet store just a few min from home!!
