I had heard good things about this place and so when I asked about a groomer they recommended me to go here, well I decided to take my Shih tzu in told them exactly what I wanted and specifically STATED DO NOT CUT HAIR ON her HEAD OR TAIL, if she needed to be shaved body wise that would be Fine BUT NOT HEAD or TAIL, very disappointed for being my first time, but rest assured I will not be Back!

I am sorry you took that as disrespectful, not intended. We did tell customer before she left. There was not any way of saving it and I would not have let that dog walk out of my salon half done. The groomers and I try to take care of everyone’s fur babies to the best that we can and yes, things happen.

This was the best grooming experience ever! The staff was friendly, fast, and kind to my dog. The whole place is a free roamed no cage set-up which is awesome for the dogs! My maltipoo was groomed perfectly and happy!
