RecommendedThey did an AMAZING job! I am only in the area for a few months and my baby needed a haircut bad. Found this grooming salon on google and I’m so happy I took him there! By far the best haircut he’s ever gotten! The staff was very very friendly. The prices are great! I HIGHLY recommend! Before and after pictures of my baby Teddy!! He looks so fresh and handsome!

Lack of communication and lack of knowledge of multiple appointments recently when I tried to bring my dogs in, was the last straw. I was wary to bring them again, since the time before my dog came home traumatized. I have been waiting for a phone call back from the owner for 4 days regarding the communication problem. Support better local dog grooming businesses.
I had an appointment for 2 of my dogs. I even confirmed the day before. Went to my appointments and they said that it was the week after even though the text was confirmed for the 21st. Not good at communications. New to the area and would not recommend them. Sorry.
RecommendedZoey came back from her bath smelling sooo good and it lasted for days! Her fur was so clean and bright!
I paid for a full haircut for my dog. But he only got a partial cut today

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I am not sure what happened with your groom but I have to say if you were charged for a full groom then your fur baby was groomed all over. Maybe we didn't take enough off for you? Feel free to call and speak to the owner, Liz. Thank you very much.
I used to take my dog here to get groomed, however the price they decided to charge me always changed and was never consistent.

I’m not sure why we would charge you different prices unless we upped the prices like we do once a year. I can tell you that we under charged you in April but other than that you were charged correctly.
