Boarded my dog for the first time,staff was friendly and courteous definetely be back.
We have used Bark Avenue for years. My dogs have all wagged their tails and race on in whenever they holiday there. They are so comfortable here, which gives me the opportunity to enjoy myself apart from them. The owners and employees are extremely attentive, carefully follow medicine directions, and really enjoy the dogs. I have boxers who love BA!
I've boarded my Cavalier Toby for the past 1 1/2 years at Bark. The owner, Veena and also Nikki are the hardest working animal lovers & all the staff is phenomenal. I love that a staff is always there overnight to keep all the dogs safe & healthy. The size of individual crates is very accommodating & prices are extremely fair. Located on the way to the airport from my northern suburb is also convenient. Love this place & wouldn't go anywhere else!!
I was very nervous about putting my rescue baby into daycare because he had a rough first year and has issues trusting people. The amazing staff at Bark Avenue worked with me to "ease" him in by letting him stay a few hours slowly building up to a full day. We are now regulars and my baby comes home happy and exhausted from all the play and fun he has while I'm at work.
