We have been taking our dog here for quite some time now after my long search trying to find a great boarding place and I scored here. I absolutely love the staff and they know Moose when he goes in every time. We travel a lot and while I know he misses us he is so excited when we pull into the parking lot because he knows where he is and he gets to play with other dogs. We love Bark Avenue! We were able to take a tour of the facility beforehand with Nikki. She put us at ease with her caring demeanor and knowledgeable responses to our questions. You can really tell that the staff LOVES these pups! We chose Bark Avenue over previous boarders because I felt that this is a safer, more relaxing environment for our small dog. We Love Bark Ave. Everyone is so friendly and our dog, Kota loves it! We just came back from our honeymoon and had to leave our sweet boy for a whole week with limited access to phones/ email so of course we were a bit on edge. When we picked him up the employees went on and on about how good our boy was! Kota also seemed so happy to be there! He came out tail waggin! We trust them with our baby so much that we are now looking into daycare for him. Thank you Bark Avenue!

Bark Avenue went above and beyond to care for my dogs. I would recommend them for anyone who wants a caring facility that truly cares and loves our 4 legged family members. They sent me pictures of my pups while we were on vacation, again above and beyond normal expectations. I visited 6 different kennels before we selected Bark Avenue and they were the Best by far. When we picked up the pups, they were so happy to see us, yet willing to go back into Bark Avenue, the ultimate approval!
