how does my dog that was "Bathed" smell the same as when he went for just claws....oh yea because yall just spray them with a scent....or IF and that's a big if yall actually take the time to wash them you LEAVE soap on them that leads to horrible itching and bleeding from the irritation. then the last time I left my baby I arranged a Sunday pickup....NEVER AND I mean NEVER did I receive a call until I showed up at the business at 6pm at night and sent multiple messages because wait for it....the only phone number is the one... read more

Boarded my Pitty Hazelnutkisses for 2 weeks I loved they way she responded to the staff, I would visit everyday and she would walk back in so willingly she felt very at home. I quickly put in an application to become part of the team :)

No yesterday my dog was in for a trim when we found out that they had cut her leg which needed FIVE staples to close it up. No one called about it until they got back with her from the vet

This was our first time using this groomers and we didn’t even receive services. Our appointment was for 8:15, the groomer was late and when she arrive she said she didn’t want to groom my dog because it was his first time at the groomers.(he’s 6 months old) She also said “well even if I do it, I’m not starting until 9” (our appointment was at 8:15 and we arrived early) and then they began adding all kinds of extra fees!
