Each time I get him home, I would look at him closely and call to let them know my dissatisfaction. The owner Kim and the groomer, Brandon would brush it off. At one time the owner agreed to no charge on his next grooming. Whenever, they had a new employee I was sure they allowed that person to groom my pet.
