Such a great company to work with. I’ve purchased a couple of pieces now. Staff is super responsive, has great suggestions, and friendly to work with. Will continue to shop here first.
The website says “open for walk-ins” and "inclusivity at every step," but that was certainly not my experience. My partner ((L)GBTQ) and I walked into an empty Bario Neal to see engagement rings at 11:45am. We were told that an appointment was coming in at noon but with three sales people loitering around the large and empty store we didn’t think much of it, especially because we came prepared. I visited Bario Neal for a permanent bracelet and it was a delightful little treat. All of their designs, including my new bracelet, are beautifully crafted. They do a great job of mixing fun with a high quality product. Can't wait to go back for more!
