One of the best rug dealers and repairers in the country. He has excellent taste and is extremely welcoming.
Mr. Barin knows more about oriental rugs than anyone else in this country; museums ask him for advice. His rugs are beautiful and his repairs are perfect. We are lucky to have him in Philadelphia.
