I like and trust my Doctors care.
I've been with my doctor Barillare for a long time. She is very good, very considerate kind and thoughtful and patient. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor. I have my daughters and my My grown son under her care
The Np was well I formed( preceptorship) and did thorough exam of our issues. Dr Barillaire is a fantastic diagnostician. She never rushes you. She listens and discusses all questions and issues and forms a plan that all agree with and are comfortable with.
Staff is incredibly rude, and will talk to you any which way they feel - including hanging up the phone on you. No regard for your time whatsoever and there’s never any appointments available. It seems like she’s all about money until she actually has to do actual work for it. If you make appointments here, know you’re being judged cause you are.. even from things from your ancient past.
I didn't even get to come in the office. Called to make an appointment and the receptionist hung up on me!!! It was the most unprofessional, ignorant experiences I've ever had!!! Definitely needs to either retrain or hire new staff. I wonder how many other patients this has happened to.
Dr Barillare is very thorough and efficient. She takes time to address my health needs and I'm seen in a timely manner
Dr. Barillare is great! She is very compassionate. She is very patient. She answers all the questions I have at every appointment. I have a daughter with special needs and she is great with her. She is so kind. All of the staff is friendly and very helpful when asking questions. Always willing to help you.
I could not get an appointment with the doctor. The person on the phone was out-rightly very unfriendly and did not even want to speak to me. May be the doctor needs to retrain her office personnel on customer service and friendliness.
