Plumbing in my house was old and needed to be replaced and Bargotti Plumbing showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and had it fixed the same day. The tech was professional, explained everything clearly, and made sure the everything was running perfectly before leaving. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Definitely recommend Bargotti Plumbing if you need reliable and honest work done!

Called the company over the weekend to assist a tenant with a plumbing issue; spoke with Anthony. They said they can come on Tuesday to text their number. I texted, no response. I called on Monday and they said they could no longer do Tuesday and will come Thursday between 10 AM and 11 AM. At 11 AM I called them and they said they had a last-minute emergency after I had been texting them all morning, no communication. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. A waste of my time and the tenant’s time.

Had an excellent experience with Tom and Anthony from Bargotti. Our central AC was not cooling. I called them at 9 am and they were at the house 2 hours later and the problem fixed within an hour. Charged reasonable prices for the quick service, were professional and explained the issue, didn’t try to upsell anything—exactly what you’re looking for in a service call. Would happily recommend for your AC and HVAC needs.

When we moved to JC I called this company and they were really responsive. Recently I called them for an issue with my bathtub. The guy who came checked the tub and realized there is a Crack. He said I can patch it up myself or get a new tub. I asked him if his company installs new tubs he says yes and says he'll give me a quote. I did not hear back from him so I messaged him abouy 24 hours later that Im still waiting because i wanted to give them the business. I recevied absolute radio silence. Had a great experience with Bargotti Plumbing & HVAC. Anthony and Tom were super honest, respectful, and really knew what they were doing. They replaced my whole HVAC unit and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. Solid guys and quality work definitely recommend them.
