I purchased a sofa chair in their Plano store with $600 cash. They delivered a damaged chair. I walk in to the store only to see the floor model was gone. Oh... They sold me their floor model without notifying me. NO they did not give me a discount and the store manager was not apologetic at all, rather very arrogant and mocking my situation by saying how I can fill in the cracks throughout the chair with any crayon. Recently came across this store while driving around. Recently moved to Dallas and am in need of some furniture, so this worked out. Needless to say i was pleasantly surprised when i walked into the store. The staff was very helpful and i did not feel rushed. I later found out the person helping me was the manager, and i could not even tell. Very helpful and knowledgable in all that is furniture. Will defintely be back.

i've bought several things for my home from this store -- some paintings, a dining room set, and a desk. they've got a great range of selection, and everything was VERY cheap compared to the other furniture stores in town. and they delivered it the same day. i will definitely be going back when i am ready to shop for a new bedroom set.

I have some good exp and bad with this store i have purchased things that were broken when delivered and some parts were missing and they at the store didnt want to replace it even when i had just left the store 20mins prior and i also got soe other things that were pretty good but i just dont think if was worth the price of it so just pay close attention before spending your money always check around and check out the quality of the things you want to purchase.

We purchased an $800 dinette set (not a bargain) that included table and 6 chairs. When it was delivered 4 of 6 chairs were rocking. Chairs have wooden legs. The drivers left with the 4 chairs and came back 2 hours later with 4 other chairs, and wouldn't you know, they rocked to. They then told me that it was my floors, so I played musical chairs and low and behold...THEY STILL ROCKED!
