I think this place has been here since before I was born.... This is one of those old fashioned type of variety stores... You never know what you are gonna find inside... Anything from dishes to toys.... A little of everything.... They buy closeouts and import so the prices are pretty good... It is better then the 99 cent store as far as quality and more like a small Big Lots.. They have had great prices on candles in the past, so when they have them in I load up. PROS: Old fashioned type of variety store... CONS:
Find Another Bargain Basement Their prices are o.k., but they aren't friendly. I went in to exchange two sink stoppers, and I was treated like a criminal. I was able to make the exchange, but not without harrassment. The late middle-aged woman at the cashier is very disgruntled, and does not have a clue about courtesy or good customer service.
bairgains galore This place is an institution and has been there as long as I can remember. Lots of closeouts, and like the other reviewer said, you never know what you will find there!
