I’d not done waxing before. But I felt like this spot was Gold standard. Genuinely friendly and passionate about what they do, on time, and reasonably priced.
Removed hair at the cost of my skin. Did brazilian , arms , legs, upper lip and underarms waxing. Brazilian - didn’t hold tight the area and waxed me causing damage , plus ripped skin. Skin is red and peeling down there + on my arms and some parts of my legs. Never been waxed like this before. Don’t recommend this place. Hannah waxed me.
I recently had my eyebrows threaded by Reema, and her service was absolutely exceptional. My appointment was at 10 AM, right when the place opened, and she was already there setting everything up and ready to go. Throughout the session, she kept checking in with me to make sure I was happy with the shape and asked if there was any more threading I wanted done. I had a wonderful first experience with Hannah! I did a simple eyebrow soft wax and Hannah made sure to take her time and was super gentle. She was very kind, and made me feel super comfortable. Excellent customer service, and the place is incredibly clean. If you’re looking for quality and great prices look no further!
