I have never left a bad review before, and maybe this is a new disturbing trend that this is the first time I’ve come across. They explicitly ask for your credit card info over the phone just to make an appointment for the first time. I figured I would warn others and help push this away from a regular practice. Unacceptable. What an insecure invasive practice just for an appointment.
Went in for a Brazilian wax and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Hanna always made me feel at ease from start to finish. The space was super clean, everything was hygienic and safe!
My wax spot closed and I found BareSkin. Reema is one of the most personable people I’ve met! I can confirm her waxing was excellent but her personality made it a whole experience. I’ve definitely found my new spot. The overall experience was everything was clean and it was luxurious.
Extremely disappointing experience. Avoid Hannah at any cost I booked my appointment about an hour before the scheduled service and paid a $31 deposit. When I advised that I would be approximately 10 minutes late, I was told my service would need to be shortened or modified.
