2 months ago, my husband got the best haircut ever by Chelsie. I was so disappointed to find out she no longer works here. Juno cut his hair and it honestly looks terrible. I spoke to her before his appointment and told her not short on the sides and longer, textured layers on top. I requested a stylist that cut hair similar to Chelsie since we liked her so much, and Juno said she would be cutting his hair.My husband also told her not to cut the top short. I have had over 30 haircuts at Bareknuckle. This has nothing to do with a disgruntled employee. The staff has always been great, but the owner is everything people say she is.
I've been going here for years and now the quality of service and everything has gone really down. Honestly one of the worst haircuts I've ever got. I would have rather gone to great clips then here. I'm literally going to have to get another haircut this week it was that bad and the stylist could care less to be there. It's honestly telling when the owner is responding to comments saying they're "fake".
