No issue with the massage tech Maria. However, I originally scheduled appointment for Saher and was placed with a new therapist without notice or my consent. Have been a regular client for over 3 years and have never had that issue. I certainly hope management does not continue with this type of schedule issue especially without providing notice to clients prior to appointment time.
Yovana is great. She is very attentive and addressed my concerns. She's the best!
