We can’t say enough about Barefoot Realty. Charity Cicardo went above and beyond during the process of selling two homes for us. We always had great communication and updates from her. She has a couple of gals covering for her at times, Jill and Roxanne who were also wonderful. 👎 not to helpful. They set a appt to look at a manufacturer homes. Before we left for the appointment.She called to tell us that she only had 2 homes available. I told her why didn't you tell me that when I set the Appointment. Amount of these homes were over 300 Thousand each. Totally a lack Knowledgeable information. 🏡

Never use them again if the situation presents itself. Roseanne was very unprofessional and I came very close to taking my home of the market due to her and her client. Look carefully what your paying these people as well so you aren’t surprised at closing. Another unprofessional occurrence. There are other options to selling in Americana Cove and I strongly suggest you look into them.
