I have worked with Kim from barefoot for the last 4 years for managing my rental property in Point Beach and recently the purchase of another home. Kim and company are excellent at their jobs, I've had nothing but a positive experience with them in both buying my PPB home and renting it out for the summer and winter. They are responsive, professional and helpful. They are extremely knowledgeable about the area and helped walk me through the ins and outs and intricacies of both the buying and rental process as it can be very confusing. No question goes unanswered and I get a call back within an hour if I've left a message. Can't wait to continue working with them!
I was charged 100 dollars of my security deposit back for the house not being cleaned enough ( albeit I cleaned it to the same way I received it ) .Was advised that this happens all the time and that I should have just hired my own cleaner to clean it ..? So I wonder why they don't disclose that it will cost you 100 to clean your rental ? Not fair ,as I would not have spent the last two hours of my vacation cleaning if I was to be charged regardless .
