Not great at customer service. Had Barefoot come to set up an automation system on our pool (pentair intel) within 6 months automation not working. Contacted them about possible repair-brushed me off to pentair warranty. This all happened when they tried to tell me that a salt cell would not fit into my prefabricated piping. Well it was installed just fine and I have even taken it out and cleaned it my self!! Just would like them to stand behind their work.
Where to start on this one? Well my wife and I called around to many companies to get quotes on a full remodel of our pool, most of them would skip a few things to keep us in the budget but it all felt rushed and we had no confidence till Brandon with Barefoot arrived! Brandon was amazingly informative with what options we could take and what needed to be done and what could wait. Nate provides weekly pool service for us and does an excellent job and is always friendly, smiling, fast and our pool looks immaculate after every visit! (Even our grumpy old cat Jackson comes out to say hello when he is here!) Thank you Nate for all your hard work, Barefoot Pools is lucky to have you on their team!
They advertise that they can make a green pool blue on there flyer and website. When I spoke to them they told me to call them back if the pool isn’t clear and they would come back. Today they told me there would be another $175 to come back, that was not told to me on Friday when I booked them, I am on social security and don’t have the money to just give away I will share my experience with anyone who will listen.
Quality customer service, and equipment. Installation was seamless and on time.
