I received the worst hair cut of my life from a person in this salon. I have long, curly hair and wanted long layers. The person professed to be skilled at working with this type of hair. I questioned her method as she was cutting the hair, but she continued, assuring me that she knew what she was doing. Result - layers were far too short, hair stuck out in all directions, too much hair cut at one length left me with "Cocker Spaniel" ears cut bluntly at chin length.
