I reached out to Dominika a few months ago and honestly, she has been the best from the very beginning. I had some unwanted hair on my chin and didn’t really know much about the process. Even while she was on vacation, she still found time to text me back and sent me so much helpful information that no one else ever bothered to share. She even sent me a video showing exactly where to park and how to find her door. I reached out to this business for a booking and received a lengthy text message in response. While the information was helpful, the tone felt unprofessional and a bit pushy. The owner, Dominika, used familiar language ('don't ghost me ') and also included negative comments about other electrologists, which I found to be a bit of a red flag. Overall, the communication style made me feel uncomfortable and ultimately led me to choose a different provider.

Sandra has been the most amazing electrologist. she has given me so much confidence and i will never be able to thank her enough for it. I look forward to all of our sessions. Her attention to detail and care is completely unmatched. She is truly amazing at what she does. Blessed to have met her!
