Great staff, amazing food. Loved the cheese curds; burger was so delicious, and of course we tried a deep fried twinke. You won't regret going here!!
Best local burger place in town if you haven't tried it your missing out
I have heard a lot about this place, and I finally made it there. It is by far the best burger restaurant I have ever be too. Prices are not bad for the quantity you get. Very good sweet tea!! Very good sever, and love the theme. I usually don't write reviews, and this place deserves it. I will defiantly be back!!! Suggestions: The seats for the booth were very uncomforable. It seems our neighbors in apartment above building may have been where smell was coming from we are in process of trying to buy our building and rennovate it as we can!
My wife and I drove from Chillicothe, Ohio last night to try this place for the first time(little over 2 hour drive) and it did not dissapoint. If you love burgers, this is your place. Absolutely amazing burgers, I eat burgers no matter what restaurant I go to, and that was the best one. Cheese Curds also very good. Friendly staff. Spot on. I'll be coming through that area in a couple weeks to stay the weekend in Lexington and we will be stopping in there again!
Bard's Burgers & Chili is a new family favorite... The food is phenomenal, the service is excellent, and the music is quite possibly the best music I've ever heard in any public place... I've added Bard's to Trip Advisor and as soon as they process my request (takes 5 days) I'll provide another awesome review for a most excellent restaurant... P.S. We're still workin' on a cool name for that Goetta Burger we're gonna get y'all to make...
This is a bit of a mixed review. While my wife and I enjoyed the burgers and cheese curds, there were other aspects left to be desired. The service was sub par (didn't know who our wait staff was supposed to be as the manager took the order, then someone else came to ask if we were ready, then someone else brought it out), and portion sizes (cheese curds and chili cheese fries) were rather small for the price charged. Burgers were awesome and so was the service. Atmosphere is fun. Our first time and we'll be back again!
Just tried the Bardzilla. I'm sad to say that it kicked my butt, I will have my revenge!! In all seriousness though the burgers are delicious! My daughter had the coneys. If you are a skyline fan, then come to Bards they are way better!! I'll be back very soon!! Thanks again guys!
Love this place and everything about it! The staff is always nice, the owner is great, the food is amazing... couldn't say enough nice things. The only downside would be the place being so small and not being able to eat when there are to many people there. Nothing better than not being able to decide what deep fried thing you want so the crew fried us all the things and brought em out!
