If you are hungry for a real burger, you will love Bards.
Awesome place! Their motto is “the dive that’s worth the drive.“ It certainly is! Waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. My husband had a burger and I had the Cincinnati style chili which was awesome! Spicy and a combo between skyline/gold star. After you’re finished eating walk down a few storefronts to the bakery and get their delicious cookies or carrot cake.
Great tasting Burgers and fries! Fun atmosphere and very friendly and accommodating staff!

It was a perfect storm for Bard’s - a nice night in January. Everyone wanted to get out of the house, and everybody went to Bard’s. There was a short wait when we arrived but we were sat within minutes. It took quite a while for our server to take our drink order, so we volunteered to order food right away. Fast forward - our server rushes over and asks 1, How long have you been waiting? And 2, did you eat yet? We waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food - she didn’t know we hadn’t eaten yet. We are working hard to expand our kitchen and dining room. Message us to speak more about the issue and give us a shot to make it right. Weekends have been extra crazy slammed for our tiny joint. We are also working hard on systems for our floor when we hit capacity. Having a team meeting with the servers Monday to prepare for our growth. The 5.0 Burger 🍔 was absolutely amazing the donut bun made it salty and sweet together and I loved the fries 🍟
Very welcoming staff. They greeted everyone that walked through the door. Best fresh cut fries I have ever had! I went with my family even though I don’t eat burgers. They accommodated my weird request of just a bun with all the dressings (with the patty on the side, which I gave to my son). My family was very impressed with how good everything tasted. Well worth the drive, I’d definitely go back again!
