Attentive, friendly, tag-team service. Food arrived relatively quickly, especially since all seemed to be made fresh to order. Burgers were just greasy enough to be extra delicious. Fat is flavor, my friends. Let them know if you like your burgers cooked through. Otherwise, you will get a perfect medium-rare/medium. Buns were bakery-quality and held up well. The fries are natural, hand-cut and expertly salted, crispy outside and hot and fluffy inside. If you’re in the Cincy area for an event, this dive is worth the drive.
Worst service and longest wait. Got there at 530... Just not leaving at 715. Owner was nice but they just couldnt get it together. Server were slow.. couldn't get things right. Owner tried to compensate but still it was wrong. And they were out of a lot of things. Burgers were good. Would've loved to tried the fried Oreos but they fucked that order up too... Waited to long to be disappointed

Indeed I did pay for the whole check and sorry for a little confusion we are a humble kind hearted small place that makes amazing food we did get the one order of oreos to you but there was confusion since several orders went out. Thanks for stopping in feels bad to get a poor review after I personally apologized ran around to please you and paid for your dinner.

Best Burgers around. The employees are some of the nicest you'll find in the business.
We stopped in yest sat 7/7 wonderful meal and our waitress was wonderful!! Place was full and staff was doing a great job of trying to help all customers. Had to wait longer for our food, completely understandable with crowd. ENJOYED the family sitting next to us and talking with them!!! They finished before us and WE WERE SO SHOCKED THAT THIS FAMILY PAID OUR BILL!!! so very nice never had this happen. Waitress said they were regulars and i hope they see this and know how touched we where!

Decent burger, great curds chili is subpar. Service is awful, came in for a couple burgers waited 40 minutes to get seated, order was piece mailed to the table. Definitely won't be making the drive from cincy again any time soon. Post bill: 45 dollars for three burgers, fries and a cup of chili is outrageous and I can't express how bad the service was. Speaking from 11 years industry experience, someone needs to learn how to run a restaurant. Front and back of the house were poorly managed at best.

Bard’s is the best burger place in northern Kentucky. The mushlove burger is the best of the best! The cheese curds, fries and fried pickles are my favorite! Every time we go there the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is homey. We recommend bards to everyone we know. Also, you can’t beat a family owned restaurant. You just can’t get burgers like that from a mainstream chain restaurant. Thanks for being an awesome place to take my family! We can’t wait to try the cheese coneys.
