Customer service at this location is non-existent. We visited this location this afternoon to buy the three filters for our Aqua Flo HERO water filter system. The man working on the counter was unable to take the order. Supposedly the branch manager, Peter, was on lunch and he was the only employee that could process the order. We were told that Peter could not be disturbed. Peter was sitting in his office about 10' to the right of the counter. We were advised to come back in 20 minutes. Very concerning upper management at this branch I was called suddenly for family emergency regarding my mother taken to the hospital my husband needed to drive me and his manager’s response was rolling his eyes and more worried about changing his time sheets I thought this branch was family oriented very upsetting considering the situation and lack of empathy this is not the first time
