Called and asked for some help with a faucet replacement and purchasing. I had a great service experience. Very happy.
Very concerning upper management at this branch I was called suddenly for family emergency regarding my mother taken to the hospital my husband needed to drive me and his manager’s response was rolling his eyes and more worried about changing his time sheets I thought this branch was family oriented very upsetting considering the situation and lack of empathy this is not the first time
Great group of guys there
Tried to buy some pipe from these guys. Despite having it in stock and giving me a price, they suggested I go across the street and see if I could get it there. Too much bother I guess. This is the kind of attitude that will cause local retail to fail. Trying to give your money to locals that don't want it just pushes people online.
