Amazing place. Gorgeous hotel. You are very well taken care of. The front desk, and welcoming staff, should be just that, a little more welcoming. The ladies at the front desk could be friendly and warm, professional, not cold, and "too cool for school".. Yes Bardessono is cool, just don't be a douche and act like it.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and birthdays here! It was nothing short of a spectacular getaway! Lovely staff and property! A 5 star for sure! Already excited to go back in the near future!
Bardessono is a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and great service. The best in the Napa Valley. Gorgeous!
