Today, I had the pleasure of working with several team members at the Bard Optical-Shoppes at Grand Prairie location for my eye exam. From my check-in, to my appointment, to my opportunity to choose the perfect frames, to even the check-out process, my experience was top-tier. The staff here is very kind, friendly and professional. I loved my exam with Dr Dameron! As soon as I walked in i knew i was in good hands! She gave me so much more knowledge and information than ive EVER gotten at an eye exam, and she validated this weird thing ive seen in my vision that she saw in her schooling! Just have to reiterate how amazing Dr Dameron was and how enjoyable the experience was because of her, and i didn’t leave with a raging migraine like usual! 10/10 service. You can usually get the same day appointment here they take Medicaid all kinds prices here pretty cheap compared to other places in Peoria they have a very good selection of glasses for every budget
