Bullshit wait 1.5 months and call at 1030 to see if app.is at 12 or 1 and they tell me my app. Been cancelled....why? I’ve been to eye dr before, but this is the first time I knew I would need to wear glasses. Everyone was nice and patient with me, as I know I wasn’t an easy patient lol. The dr took a lot of time with me because I was worried about getting the wrong prescription (as I had wrong prescription elsewhere).for the first time leaving a eye dr, I was confident I would get the correct prescription. Great staff, very friendly doctor! I never feel rushed when I go in there; the doctor wants to make sure everything is right. I have recommended them to many of my friends.
I took my son who is in kindergarten to get his first eye exam due to needing it for school and everyone was so wonderful. I didn’t have my vision insurance card but that was no problem. They were able to look it up in seconds. We immediately went back for the exam and Amy.J was amazing. She was so warm and kind and helped my nervous son get through it easy. We ended up chatted by about everyday things and then we were quickly handed over to the main Dr. he is wonderful as well and walked my son through the rest of the exam.... read more
