Amy Johnston and Dr. Arse are the BEST!!! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!! Dr. Arse has been taking care of me since my first diagnosis of my eye problem (which I ended up having 2 brain surgeries in 2022-2023)... When I saw her a few days ago she took the time out to go thru my past and present exams. Her and Amy treated me with so much respect and care!! I recommend bard optical to ANYONE!! Thank you Amy and Dr. Arse for taking GREAT care of me, it never goes unnoticed!!
If it was possible I'd leave a 0 star review. Do not recommend. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location. A family member had a horrible experience here and I had to go help her because her glasses didn't work and they were refusing to help her. I have state insurance and was only shown some of the frames available to me. Only after picking up my glasses when they were made was I told there were more frames available for me to choose from. I ordered glasses and the coating started feeling not even a month later and there was nothing they could do. I then placed a pair of prescription sunglasses which they waited almost three months in their office before I reached out to them. Very unprofessional conversations between one another for customers to hear. I will not be returning.
