Friendly and precise and fast
I’ve been a client here for years. Never any major problems. Seemed pretty played back. I Called in May to schedule an appointment with an optometrist. Was told I would need to be put on a list and they would call in June to schedule. I Called July 8th and was told there was never a list. Never going back again.
This office is so unprofessional! We had to book my daughter’s dentist appointment 3 months out. A couple days before her appt I called to confirm she had one because I did not get a call from them. I was told it was cancelled and I asked why wasn’t we called to reschedule…? She rudely said she don’t know probably because they short staffed and only one dentist is working 2 days a week.
