**Edited to update *** After wearing my new glasses for a week, I experienced nausea and eye strain daily. I started to see spots in my right eye and I still am. I've had to wear glasses for over 30 years, so I know, this isn't normal. The office will only refund me for the frames, after their district manager looks them over. There's obviously something wrong with the lenses and now I'm out hundreds. Never again and I can no longer recommend. -Got me in for an exam fast. The staff at both locations in Decatur are very rude. I thought it was just the location on mound rd.So I decided to visit the location on 1st. St...Unfortunately the same experience. Not very nice
Waste of time
I was getting seen for telling me she just there cus the pay is good meanwhile its a foreign object flew in my eye and all they did is move a finger I'n front of my eye and said well stuff in your eye and oh well you not blind yet you'll be alright and I said oh ok . The business should be close down. I want be back!!!!
