Check your bills carefully. They will send a technician who doesn't know how to fix the issue, who will then phone a friend for help - they will bill you hourly for both people without notice (this happened on both of our recent service calls). They will bill you an hour if they call but you don't answer. They will bill you for an extra hour on calls which do connect. They will bill you a half hour to share the password to your own device. Barcom Technology Solutions is my favorite IT company because I don't need to wait 10min. on a phone with them - I always get served in less than 5min. Their Support Team always resolve my issues as I'm not that tech savvy guy and I would recommend their services and trust me they have a wide-range of all kind of IT Services and offer them for a fair price and never rip me off. So I hope I will continue using Barcom for a long, long time in the future and looking forward to our next engagement.
