The worst experience in my life we went for my daughters 21st Birthday ( Rangers/islanders game) the islander fans are the most disrespectful people I have ever meet in my life they curse at people yell at people and looking to start fights who are not islander fans it is not a place to bring young kids the place also looks very dreary I would never go back there for anything not worth my time MSG is a much kid friendly and a beautiful atmosphere
Building sucks for hockey. Islanders need to move!
I don't know why so many people are bitching on here. We had a great time. All good from the train to all the people working at the Barclays.
Went to NJ Sat, Barclay's Sunday. Up from FL with my son. Need to close this site and travel to Amalie , BB&T, Bridgestone, Wells Fargo.......these are hockey arena's. Love the Isles and will travel anywhere to see them play except Barclay's. Wasn't even filled with a 1/4 of old time Isles fans.
Freezing cold, warm beer, crappy freezer burn on the food, condiments were empty in two different spots before the start of the second period. This place is not for hockey, or to sit in comfort.
