Don't get a seat in the first row of the arena on the side. If you want to hear the music and see the light show sit far up for cheap.

The artists were incredible, but I will never be attending a concert at barclays again due to the terrible sound quality from our seats in section 225. Sound and acoustic were completely distorted, you could not understand one word to any song. Such a terrible experience. So disappointed, absolutely do not recommend for concerts.

It's a beautiful venue that was very easy to get into. I will definitely be back to see more events here.
I went to the Barclay center for the first time ever with my family to see the New York Liberty and the Seattle storm on August 11th, 2019. From the time we walked in the door till the time we left the building the customer service was horrendous. To specify we were not greeting while entering the VIP section because we had suite tickets for family.
