7pm tip-off for Syracuse-Penn State game this past Friday. Waited outside behind a metal gate until 6:05 to get to the front door. Waited another 10 minutes outside the front door to get into the lobby. Waited another 10 minutes in the lobby to get into the concourse. Waited another 20 minutes in the concourse to get to my seat. By the time I went to the men’s room and got food, I missed the intros and first couple of minutes of the game. Nice arena. Terribly managed.
Long delay getting seated. Arena very dark.
Nothing good about the place outside of having bathroom more readily available
