One of my favorite venues in New York. No matter where you sit you have a great view of the stage, and the staff is always great, and kind. Drinks, and food are overpriced, but as a New Yorker I just kinda expect that.

If you can find the event somewhere else I would. Seats are so small and close together and the upper level of you're taller than like 5'6 you are extremely cramped! The price of food and drinks are insane and more insane that "normal stadium prices". You have a sold out show and you have someone working on an escalator DURING the show?

You don't scan barcodes on people's phones? You can't print tickets when you have a printer literally behind your glass wall? You won't help your customers??? You don't have multiple entrances?!?!?! Terrible customer service. Terrible crowd control. Worst venue in NYC.
