Terrible my niece was hurt at a concert you guys promoted. Poor security and she had tickets and couldn't even get in because of the lack of crowd control. SMFH
Just want to say you have the rudest people working for you. All we wanted to do was buy merchandise and got kicked out. I'm sure the performers are proud that you are throwing people out who want to buy their merchandise. Big failure. Maybe you should teach your employees how to deal with the public. Never going back.
Just left the Barclays. Was trying to enter the Powerhouse event but left after a 2 hr wait. Disappointed would be an understatement. I was trampled and pushed to the front, just to be told they were not letting anyone in. I should not have been surprised due to the majority Black event being unreasonably supervised by police and overly extra event staff.
