The sound system is appalling. Can't make out a word anyone is saying. Guest services refusing to assist. I begrudge giving this venue even one star!

I believe they need to do a better job on the stage shows, the upper level I not lit well enough and someone can get hurt going to their seats. Also they need to do what the prudential center and nj pac does they have huge screens so the customers in the upper level can see the stage better

I'm not a fan of the Barclay Center. It's too small, rows are extremely tight. No order when entering the venue. Just chaotic.....never again
Omg, the lines for the metal detectors is like a free for all, been standing in it for 25 min, going to miss the start of the show...grrrr.
