The entrance to the concert could be better. The show is amazing.

1 star for those seats and Technology! When they built that arena they surely didn't have consumer comfort in mind. Seats are narrow and leg room is tight! Those seats were built for a 3 yr old! With all that money they have you would think that for ticket holders seated in the back they would have supplied a larger and clearer screen display for those to see the performers up close at least! Great venue and atmosphere. Only negative is the entry process is very slow. If this could be made more efficient it would be 5/5.
There's a parking garage within walking distance. Some of the rows feature arm rests that lift. There's plenty of staff around to ask for help. However, some of the staff is just plain rude.
I enjoy myself going to the Barclays Center. I have been there six times already.
