Your 1st impression could be your last impression. Rudeness of front desk and lack of professionalism from the manager (from what the tag on his shirt said) made the overall decision of picking hotels for a wedding party very easy... Chose another hotel. Treat all customers with respect. There's a tip.
Great Hotel BUT... – It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
Very enjoyable – Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, very clean and maintained. Also continental breakfast very good and adequate. Will gladly stay here again.

best place to stay in VA – My husband and I thought that the hotel was very good. Staff was very friendly and had good senses of humor. The room was very good. While my husband slept in, I was able to close the door between bedroom and living room--and open the curtain and the balcony door to hear the ocean bright and early in the morning. That is very relaxing to me. We could see dolphins from the 7th floor in the ocean almost every day. We used the indoor pool and jacuzzi every day.
great place for a vacation – If you are looking for a location right on the boardwalk toward the South end of Virginia Beach, this is a reasonably priced condo/hotel rental. With a full kitchen and all balconies facing the beach, the value is definitely there.
great employees – The bathroom products were very nice! Vince, Carl, Archie and Jack all made our stay more enjoyable!.
very friendly and accommodating – The entire staff was great. Ebony made our reservations and was on duty when we arrived. Very friendly. Nicole went out of her way to be of service to us from info on food to taking our picture. I look forward to staying here again.
