I use these folks for massages and had to cancel one time because I was sick, they send me a bill two months later saying I owe $37.50. They stated I had to cancel my appointment because I had to pick my daughter up from school. I believe they have me confused with someone else and also their appointment times because I would have never scheduled an appointment if I had to pick my daughter from school which is the same time everyday for 180 days per year. Unfortunately, after reviewing your paperwork I did see that you signed our cancellation notice acknowledging there is a fee for missed appointments and non-emergency cancelations. This is put in place to protect our massage therapists from losing appointment times they could otherwise be working. -Dr. Ryan
Such a great team of doctors and staff. I always feel so well taken care and as if the employees all genuinely care.
I always come out of their 2 inches taller and with a smile on my face. They do a good job in there.
