Do NOT move into these apartments. Drake has repeatedly entered my home without giving me a heads up, not handled the serial cockroach problem at all, and the “new remodels” are complete hack jobs. The pool is unusable, and cockroaches are all over the property, including the laundry room. There’s no fitness center, not sure why google says there is, the pool is closed, plumbing is not completed correctly, no weather stripping underneath the door, plus much more. Run. Fast, far, anywhere but here.
This is the worst apartment complex. They would not let me break the lease whenever I was pregnant and having to be in and out of the hospital because of the chemical smell from whatever they were doing next-door, we had so many problems with them that the whole time we were living there and now they are trying to charge us $2000 in fees after my boyfriend moved out . I had to move out months agobecause we were not able to break the lease and I could not live there being pregnant
I use live here before Drake took overs lots bugs insects and I believe they shouldn't take advantage of people charging some money or I've been a remodel place before they move I know there are disabled people still in that compartment complex I believe you're taking advantage of people and not like in the eyes of God God see everything
Worst management team ever. I lived here for 4 years. When Drake took over the company everything changed. It went downhill completely. They actually sent me a bill for their make ready. I laughed. The manager, Shea Spinelli, gave me $1000 cash and paid movers $1000 to move me. I’m disabled and they had no reason for me to move and they know it. I’m disputing their frivolous claim of me paying for their make ready. Ann Athey
Drake's management is the worst. We leased with the previous owner, and Drake is trying to charge me 1000 for painting after we left. I left the apartment in better condition than it was given to me. I will attach a picture of how the apartment was originally leased to me. 0/10 do not recommend it may be cheaper with bills included but it is not worth it
