All of the tapas we had - salmon, eggplant mussles, pork belly, broccolini - were quite good as was the seafood paella. Our server, Magdalena, was prompt, attentive, friendly and informative. As was the case with another reviewer, Magdalena asked if we had any allergies and when my partner responded yes, Magdalena determine the allergens and provided my partner with a menu with the dishes containing those allergens crossed out - fantastic service.
I love this place! I have came back a ton in the past few weeks, every time the service is amazing. Venus might be the most fun server I’ve ever had. Will be returning soon !!
Absolutely amazing date night everything we had from the appetizing board, the focaccia, the meatballs, to the seafood paella were incredible! The service was fantastic and the red sangria was phenomenal we will definitely be back!!
We made a reservation for 9pm, at 8:45 we called ahead to say we would be arriving 10 minutes late. We showed up at 9:09 and was told we would be seated shortly. We didn’t get seated until 9:40. They are extremely strict with their timing, no 15 minute grace period. The staff did try to make up for it by letting us order drinks before we got seated. The environment was very lively and the food, which were made to share, was very very tasty. Music was great. Service staff was great.
It is really not my vibe to leave negative reviews but after two identical negative experiences here… Despite making reservations both times I’ve been to Barcelona, my friends and I have waited about 45 minutes for our tables to be ready both times. I understand you can’t control table turnover times but it’s a consistent issue here.
