This is a charming place with a rich history. I've lived here for five years. the location was perfect for me because it is close to the freeways and airport. The tenants living here were nice and friendly--professional working type. Now the bad: It's hard to get a hold of the property manager. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone thinking about moving in. There are no modern features like AC/Heat or ventilation in the kitchen.
