My experience with Barcelo Property Management has been nothing short of a DISASTER. They overcharge tenants and offer absolutely no value for the money. I lived with a rat in my apartment for six months. There were numerous ant and fly infestations that went untreated. I was ROBBED twice, and their response was to tell me to live with a broken lock. I cannot express enough how TERRIBLE my experience with Bercelo Property Management has been! Living in their property was an absolute nightmare. For six months, I had to share my apartment with a rat. To make matters worse, I was robbed twice, and their only solution was to tell me to continue living in the unit with a broken lock.
