Excellent customer service
I enjoyed my experience at BarBurrito. The food was fresh, flavorful, and had a good variety of options to choose from.The place was clean and welcoming. The staff at BarBurrito really make the experience better specially Mandeep.She is hardworking, polite, and always try their best to serve quickly even when it’s busy. The ladies working there were nice, place looked clean, and the bean burrito I bought looked fresh and promising. I specifically asked which sauces, if any, were vegan, and was told the sour cream and lime sauce were. I was surprised and thought maybe she doesn't know what vegan means. So I continued by asking, "Vegan? Like no dairy, no eggs, no fish, no animal ingredients right?" And she said yes so many times, that I felt bad for questioning if she knew what vegan meant. the worst experience I have ever had at this chain. Workers had no idea what they were doing, we’re argumentative, and very rude. Will not be back.
I ordered online for Uber pick up at BarBurrito. When I went to the store, I asked the lady at the front if I could use the washroom. She just said “it’s closed” without giving any explanation. If the washroom is out of service, customers should at least be told why, instead of just dismissing it. Poor customer service and not a good experience.
