I’m celiac. I ordered a gluten free burrito, wrote specifically on the order that I have a gluten allergy. They gave me a normal tortilla instead. If I didn’t notice and ate it I would’ve have to go to the hospital. Of course they won’t answer the phone to confirm for me and haven’t bothered to setup a voicemail.
Very bad customer service, unfriendly attitude
Went in as the door was unlocked and got kicked out saying they are closed. Confused on why the open sign is on and the doors unlocked while they are cleaning. Horrible customer service!!
