We came at 8pm and the staff had already put all the meat, rice and beans away. So we got a cold burrito and she forgot the meat. Very disappointing. They were still open for another hour.
Don’t bother going in the evening - they leave the sign on that they are open but put everything away and stop serving well before the posted closing times.
I’ll be honest — I had a bad experience at this location once before, so I was hesitant to go back. But I gave it another shot two days ago… and I’m so glad I did. Everything was on point: the meat and veggies were super fresh, the service was fast, and the overall vibe was way better. I asked for an extra scoop of pineapple salsa (my fave), and the guy working there generously gave me two extra scoops. Total legend. Apparently they have a canadian culture which they follow of not to accept orders 30 minutes before their posted closed timing and wont serve you if ur there 30 minutes before closing
