The onwer always gives half the quantity of food and when requested to put more, Talks shit about policies and start explaining he cannot put even regular quantities. Never go there.
Love the food, I just have a MAJOR complaint about the staff. Over the phone today I made an inquiry about the halal options offered-because I know most BarBurrito locations offer an option or two that cater to that diet. The lady said the Pulled Pork is halal-I’ll let that speak for itself. Please educate your staff, this is not exactly an uncommon dietary restriction especially in the GTA. Turn down the music or turn it off. It was playing bali music so loud I stood going hello excuse me hey for a few minutes before finally going forget it and going for lunch elsewhere.
0 stars for this location- this is now the second time we have gone to this location and they have closed 30 mins earlier then the closing time THEY HAVE POSTED EVERYWHERE. Terrible management. I bet the owners have no idea their workers are closing up shop way earlier than expected. We watched the employee HIDE in the back room when customers banging on the doors.
Went in at Islington location on Sat.July 26 at 2:40pm. The girl working there was extremely rude and looked miserable to serve her customers. Completely unprofessional. Also portion size is small and not acceptable for what I pay for a bowl.
